About the Role

Infinity Group is looking for a confident, creative, and well-presented professional to manage Public Relations, Social Media, and Brand Building activities across its group companies in the interior design, architecture, and luxury modular furniture sectors.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and experience in managing social media platforms and corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage public relations and represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, media representatives, and business associates.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Plan social media calendars, campaigns, posts, reels, captions, and brand communication activities.
- Coordinate with design teams, photographers, videographers, and agencies to create engaging content.
- Develop brand-building strategies, collaborations, and promotional activities to improve brand visibility.
- Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop company profiles, presentations, brochures,



and other marketing materials.
- Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, enquiries, and campaign results.
- Coordinate with management and different teams to ensure consistent brand communication and submit monthly performance reports.

Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PR, social media management, corporate communications, or brand management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, branding, and digital marketing.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, luxury furniture, real estate, construction, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Creative thinking, professional presentation, and the ability to manage multiple brands and activities independently.
- Proficiency in professional email writing, presentations, and performance reporting.
