We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Social Media Management Interns who are passionate about digital communication, content creation, and online communities. This internship offers an opportunity to work on real brand accounts, develop social media strategies, and gain hands-on marketing experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, content formats, and audience interests.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to plan and publish engaging content.
- Assist in writing captions, creating content ideas, and developing social media campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to support community engagement.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, and content growth.
- Prepare social media reports and suggest improvements based on performance insights.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and platform requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Students, freshers,



or recent graduates interested in social media and digital marketing.
- Good written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to research trends and understand different target audiences.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior skilled experience is not mandatory.

Internship Structure

The internship is designed to provide structured learning and practical exposure to social media management.

- First 3 Months: Training in social media fundamentals, content planning, platform strategies, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Next 3 Months: Practical execution of social media strategies, content calendars, campaign coordination, and performance-based stipend opportunities.
