JOB DESCRIPTION – TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Designation: Telesales Executive

Location: Raj Bagh metro station Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Handle customer enquiries received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp and telephone.

Explain company products, specifications, prices and offers to customers.

Generate new sales leads and convert enquiries into sales.

Follow up regularly with customers for quotations and pending orders.

Maintain customer and lead records.

Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and orders.

Build good relationships with customers through polite and professional communication.

Achieve assigned sales targets and follow-up goals.

Requirements

Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of computer
