About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for turning conceptual design ideas into precise working drawings, developing high-quality 3D visualizations, and coordinating site execution and client communications.
Key Responsibilities1. Design & Technical Drafting
- Prepare complete working drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, cross-sections, structural coordination drawings, and sanitation/electrical layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Create architectural concepts, schematic designs, and mood boards for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Develop detailed interior and architectural details (joinery, toilet layouts, ceiling details, facade treatments).
2. 3D Modeling & Visualization
- Build realistic 3D models and renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape to present design concepts to clients.
- Produce walkthroughs and presentation decks for client pitches and approvals.
3. Site Execution & Coordination
- Conduct periodic site visits across Indore/MP region to ensure construction aligns with approved working drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, civil contractors, structural consultants, and MEP vendors.
- Conduct site measurements, record site progress, and resolve technical discrepancies on-site.
4. Client & Regulatory Compliance
- Assist in preparing municipal/IMC (Indore Municipal Corporation)
submission drawings following local building bylaws and FAR regulations.
- Interact with clients to understand project briefs, budget constraints, and aesthetic expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. Council of Architecture (CoA) registration is a plus.
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm working on residential or commercial projects.
- Software Proficiency:
- 2D/Drafting: AutoCAD (Mandatory) / Revit
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max
- Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, building services, joinery details, and structural layouts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English, time management, and ability to handle client meetings.
