- Logistic Based Process

- Australian Inbound voice process

Requirements:

- Graduates preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in International BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Candidates from Mohali or nearby location preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational / early morning shifts
- Immediate Joiners.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Inbound calling with International customers.
- Resolving concerns of Customers and providing appropriate solutions.
- To handle escalation or complaints from customers related to their booking or shipment concerns.
- Exposure to International customers.
- Work From Office (5 days working)
