About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee who will work closely with our team and gain practical experience in different areas of real estate operations and business support.

The role will involve assisting the team with day-to-day activities and taking responsibility for assigned tasks. Depending on performance and interest, the trainee may get exposure to Pre-Sales, Client Coordination, Follow-ups, Property Listing, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the team with daily business activities.
- Assist with client coordination and follow-ups.
- Support the Pre-Sales team with basic client communication.
- Check and respond to business-related emails when required.
- Assist in collecting and updating property details.
- Help with property listing and maintaining property information.
- Coordinate with internal team members for client and property requirements.
- Maintain basic records and follow up on assigned tasks.




- Take up additional responsibilities based on business requirements and performance.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers and candidates with limited work experience can apply.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Willingness to learn different aspects of the business.

Internship & Full-Time Opportunity

This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide practical exposure to real estate business operations.

Based on performance, learning ability, communication, consistency, and overall contribution, selected interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity with ZORBA ESTATES after completion of the internship.
