JAC Group, a 5th-generation family business with a legacy of over 100 years in wood and interior products, is looking for a energetic, well-presented, and customer-focused professional to join our team.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidates with experience in building construction, turnkey interior projects, or interior fit-out management will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Door Installation Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and monitor door installations in various projects from order confirmation to final installation completion and handover.

Ensure installations are completed on time .

Coordinate closely with customers and installation teams.

Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution-related issues promptly.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with every customer throughout the project lifecycle.

Proactively update customers on order progress, delivery schedules, and installation plans.

Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals through excellent service.

3. Team Coordination & Performance

Coordinate effectively with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Installation teams.





Ensure all departments work together to meet customer commitments.

Identify potential delays and take corrective action before they affect the customer.

Maintain project records and submit regular progress reports to management.

Take ownership of project completion and customer satisfaction.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven experience in project management and execution.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.

Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

The patience and maturity to handle demanding customers professionally.

Preferred Experience:

Building construction, turnkey interior decoration, interior fit-outs, furniture projects, doors, or other interior-related projects.

Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field .

Salary: Attractive remuneration based on experience and capability.
