Job Description

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Automation Tester with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Playwright. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases for GenAI-powered applications, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Perform UI, API, functional, regression, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Test GenAI-based applications and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and reliability.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Develop and execute test scenarios for web applications and APIs.
- Maintain test cases, test execution reports, and defect documentation.
- Use test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr/Xray.
- Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to improve product quality.




- Lead testing activities and guide team members when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Practical experience with Playwright for UI automation.
- Experience in UI and API automation testing.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing and test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI-based application testing.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing concepts.
- Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated test execution.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Experience leading a testing team or mentoring junior testers.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and GenAI evaluation techniques.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
