Candidate is expected to interact with customers on inbound calls to help resolve order issues or help place online orders on our website. Candidate will have to understand the customisation process on online orders and help co-ordinate with the production unit. Candidate is expected to be well versed with excel / google sheets as order related data is managed through spreadsheets.
