This includes evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The role requires identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. The Business Analyst collaborates with various teams to ensure that the designed processes effectively support organizational goals and technology integration, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
