Job Purpose

To support day-to-day banking, finance coordination, documentation, reconciliation, and reporting activities while developing practical knowledge of corporate finance and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support company incorporation-related financial documentation and formalities.

Assist in opening and maintaining company bank accounts.

Understand and coordinate various bank loan types, facilities, and related documentation.

Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual banking reports.

Perform bank transaction reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.

Coordinate and liaise with CA, CS, banks, and other financial professionals.

Monitor and follow up on overdue banking activities, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Develop knowledge of banking instruments such as LC, BG, cheque, DD, and other banking facilities.





Maintain proper banking records, statements, documents, and trackers.

Assist the Finance team in other banking and financial activities as assigned.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.

Understanding of banking operations and financial instruments.

Valuable MS Excel and documentation skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to coordinate with banks, CA/CS, and internal departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
