About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer who will turn architectural plans and interior concepts into realistic 3D models, renders and walkthroughs. You will work with our Architect and design team, and your visuals will be the face of every proposal we present to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate 3D models of exteriors (elevations) and interiors from 2D plans, sketches and design briefs.
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and walkthrough videos for client presentations.
- Develop interior visuals for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, facades and landscape areas, with correct materials, textures, lighting and furniture.
- Make revisions quickly based on client and architect feedback, and keep a clear record of each version.
- Make sure 3D views match the approved drawings and the real, buildable design.
- Prepare mood boards and material and finish boards when required.
- Coordinate with the Architect, estimation and site team so that what the client sees is what gets built.
- Maintain an organised library of models, textures and render files.
- Deliver work within the agreed turnaround time,



and handle multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or Animation/Design (or equivalent experience with a robust portfolio).
- 2-4 years of experience in architectural or interior 3D visualisation.
- Strong command of SketchUp with V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion, or 3ds Max with V-Ray / Corona.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD to read plans, sections and elevations.
- Skilled in Photoshop for post-processing renders.
- Strong sense of lighting, materials, colour, composition and proportion.
- Basic knowledge of residential architecture, interiors and building dimensions.
- A portfolio of real or concept 3D work is mandatory.
- Good communication in Hindi and English; able to take feedback and work to deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience in farmhouse, bungalow or luxury residential projects.
- Knowledge of Vastu-aligned layouts.
- Video editing (walkthrough and reel editing) and Revit or Blender basics.

Working Days & Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
