We are looking for highly motivated, target-oriented Sales Professionals to join our digital marketing business on a commission-based model.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, an existing network or ability to generate leads, and the confidence to approach businesses and convert them into paying clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, client acquisition, networking, and performance-based earning.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, references, social media, and personal/professional contacts.
- Approach businesses and understand their digital marketing requirements.
- Introduce and pitch appropriate digital marketing solutions based on the client's business objectives.
- Sell services such as:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads / PPC
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Design & Development
- Content Marketing
- Local SEO
- Branding & Digital Marketing Solutions
- Schedule and conduct client discussions, presentations, and meetings.
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations in coordination with the internal team.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → pitching → negotiation → closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.




- Coordinate with the internal delivery/team members to ensure a smooth handover after closure.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, proposals, closures, and revenue generated.
- Achieve mutually agreed sales/revenue targets.

Commission Structure

- Performance-based commission on successfully closed and realized business.
- Commission will be linked to the revenue generated from clients acquired by the salesperson.
- Higher sales volumes may qualify for higher commission/earning potential.
- No fixed earning ceiling for high performers.
- Commission terms, eligibility, payment cycle, and applicable conditions will be communicated separately before onboarding.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
