Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in core hiring to join our HR team at Catalyst Education, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to source and hire suitable candidates for various positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
- Manage recruitment for both junior-level and senior-level positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in core hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Calicut.
