Off-Page SEO Specialist – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Specialist to improve website authority, strengthen backlink profiles, and increase organic search rankings through effective off-page SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in link building, competitor backlink analysis, and online brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, outreach, and relevant website placements.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities.
- Perform guest blogging, article submissions, business listings, and relevant directory submissions.
- Manage niche edits and contextual link-building campaigns.
- Conduct broken link building and resource page link building.
- Handle local citations and business directory listings for local SEO.
- Monitor backlink quality, domain authority metrics, and referring domains.
- Identify and manage toxic or spammy backlinks when necessary.
- Maintain backlink records and prepare regular SEO performance reports.
- Build relationships with website owners, bloggers,



publishers, and industry-relevant platforms.
- Follow Google Search Essentials and avoid manipulative link-building practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of off-page SEO and link-building techniques.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Knowledge of domain metrics, referring domains, anchor text, and backlink profiles.
- Excellent research, outreach, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify relevant, authoritative websites for backlink acquisition.
- Understanding of white-hat SEO practices and Google spam policies.

- Growth in relevant referring domains.
- Improvement in backlink quality and relevance.
- Organic keyword ranking improvements.
- Growth in organic traffic and website authority.
- Successful outreach and link acquisition rate.

Goal: Build a robust, relevant backlink profile that improves search visibility, domain credibility, and sustainable organic growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
