- PCC, MCC, LT, and control panel wiring.
- Power wiring and control wiring.
- Contactor, relay, timer, MCB, MCCB and overload relay connections.
- Ferruling, cable dressing, crimping and termination.
2. Drawing Reading
- Read electrical SLD and control circuit diagrams.
- Understand GA drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Identify component symbols and terminal numbers.
- Follow electrical drawings accurately during wiring.
3. Panel Assembly
- Component mounting and DIN rail assembly.
- Copper/aluminium busbar fitting and connections.
- Cable lug crimping, gland fitting and earthing.
- Panel fabrication coordination and component identification.
4. Testing and Troubleshooting
- Continuity and insulation resistance testing.
- Multimeter and clamp meter operation.
- Control circuit fault finding.
- Motor starter testing and phase sequence checking.
- Final wiring inspection and quality checking.
Additional Skills Preferred
- DOL, Star-Delta and Auto-Transformer starters.
- Fire Fighting Pump Control Panels: Main Pump, Jockey Pump and Diesel Engine Pump.
- APFC and capacitor panels.
- EB metering, LT panels and ATS panels.
- Basic PLC, HMI, sensors and control relays.
- Knowledge of electrical safety, PPE and secure testing procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
