Job Summary
We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Executive with hands-on experience on Amazon and Flipkart. You will manage our online product listings, process orders, and keep day-to-day marketplace operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time
- Maintain inventory and update the product catalog regularly
- Handle customer support queries, returns, and replacements
- Work with Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces to resolve account and listing issues
- Coordinate with vendors and the logistics team for stock and deliveries
Requirements
- Prior experience working on Amazon and Flipkart (seller platforms)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (+2)Graduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (optional, edit as needed)
- Knowledge of Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
- Experience in catalog management and keyword optimization
- Experience in the toys or retail industry
Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
