Apexion Dental Products & Services is looking for a motivated Biomedical Engineer to join our Dental Equipment Sales and Service team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of dental equipment at clinics and hospitals.

Along with technical service responsibilities, the candidate will have opportunities to participate in sales activities, develop customer relationships and generate business. Training and technical support will be provided to help the selected candidate develop expertise in dental equipment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Service and Installation

- Install, commission and demonstrate dental equipment at clinics and hospitals.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of dental equipment.
- Attend service calls and resolve technical issues within the agreed timelines.
- Handle installation and servicing of dental chairs, autoclaves, dental X-ray machines, RVG systems, air compressors, suction systems and other dental equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and basic electronic faults in dental equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers and explain the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain service reports, installation records and customer service documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal team and manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installations, demonstrations and service visits.

Sales and Business Development

- Identify potential customers, including dental clinics, hospitals and dental professionals.
- Support the sales team in promoting and selling dental equipment and related products.
- Visit dental clinics,



explain product features and assist customers in selecting suitable equipment.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional equipment, accessories and service packages.
- Support product demonstrations, exhibitions and dental conferences when required.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems is an advantage.
- Interest in equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn about dental equipment and develop sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for service and sales activities.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
