In this role, you will handle incoming enquiries from people interested in our services, explain the available offerings, clarify their doubts, and guide them through the next steps to become clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and incoming calls to prospective clients.
- Explain the company's stock market services and training programs.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and arrange client meetings.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
