We are looking for an experienced Lead Physical Design Engineer with strong expertise in SoC physical design and end-to-end RTL-to-GDSII implementation.
Key Skills Required:
- Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, Routing, and Timing Closure
- STA, PPA Optimization, and Physical Signoff
- Synopsys ICC2, Fusion Compiler, PrimeTime, and StarRC
- DRC, LVS, EM/IR, and Signal Integrity
- TCL, Python, and Perl scripting
- High-speed interfaces: PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, and SerDes
- Technical leadership and team mentoring
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
