Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Google Ads & PPC Specialist with deep expertise in geo-targeting, LinkedIn lead generation, and B2B prospecting. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and managing high-performance campaigns targeting fashion, lifestyle, and textile brands in Europe, USA, Scandinavia, and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented professional who understands international B2B networks and can deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) with geo-targeting
- Manage LinkedIn B2B lead generation campaigns, including prospecting and outreach automation (Dux-Soup or similar)
- Track and optimize KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality
- Build and maintain high-quality B2B prospect lists,



engaging decision-makers in fashion/lifestyle industries
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and revenue objectives
- Provide actionable insights on international B2B networks, market trends, and campaign performance
- Execute A/B tests and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for maximum ROI

Candidate Profile

- 4-7+ years of experience managing Google Ads, PPC, and LinkedIn B2B lead generation
- Proven track record of ROI-driven campaigns for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury segments
- Robust knowledge of Europe, USA, Scandinavian, and Middle East B2B networks
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Dux-Soup
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive measurable international results
