We are looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Engineer (Civil) with hands-on experience in construction site supervision. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities at residential and commercial projects, ensuring work quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at residential and commercial sites.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Monitor labour allocation, attendance, and daily work progress.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and report site updates regularly.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and site procedures.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site reports and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of practical construction site experience is mandatory.
- Experience in supervising residential and commercial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and civil engineering drawings.
- Ability to manage site workers and coordinate with contractors.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel between project locations as required.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates comfortable with full-time, on-site responsibilities and project-related travel are preferred.
