Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle, excellent sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and clients to understand job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate rates, compensation, and employment terms when required.
- Understand and work with different US work authorizations, including H-1B, H-1B Transfer, GC, USC, EAD, and OPT/CPT.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements based on client needs.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors and follow up for interview feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in ATS/recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and contribute to successful closures.
- Ensure compliance with company and client recruitment processes.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Robust understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, SAP, and other IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of US time zones and employment/work authorization types.
- Strong candidate screening, negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented workplace.
- Ability to work effectively during US business hours/night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.
- Experience with VMS/MSP environments such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or Magnit.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment databases.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and closing positions.
