Your work profile

BFSI Program Manager with Strong Asset Management experience, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives. Accountable for translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions, managing program roadmaps, prioritizing delivery backlogs, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, AI use case identification, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery while ensuring business value realization.



Solid relationship management skills are essential to effectively support business and technology stakeholders, deliver strategic initiatives, and maintain a high standard of service across new and existing platforms, products, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key skills required

- 10–14 years of experience in project/program management in technology environments
- Strong Asset Management Domain Knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering Data, Cloud or Analytics programme in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake, AWS and modern data engineering concepts.
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data integration and data platform architectures.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience in: Agile/Scrum delivery, Project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Education - UG and Above
