- High-Voltage Safety & Isolation: Enforce strict safety protocols, including wearing insulated gear, using specialized insulated tools, and verifying zero voltage before servicing high-voltage components.
- Battery Pack & BMS Maintenance: Test, diagnose, and maintain lithium-ion battery packs and Battery Management Systems (BMS), check state-of-charge, monitor cell health, and log errors for warranty claims.
- Traction Motor & Controller Servicing: Inspect, repair, or replace electric motors, motor controllers, and power electronics units to prevent overheating and mechanical drag.
- Diagnostics & Scan Tool Operation: Use multimeters, oscilloscope tools, and OEM diagnostic scan tools to read error codes, isolate electrical faults, and flash/update vehicle software.
- Charging System Support: Inspect, troubleshoot, and install home or public EV charging units, and guide customers on secure charging procedures.
- Mechanical & Periodic Maintenance:



Service standard vehicle sub-systems including regenerative braking systems, steering, suspension, tyres, and chassis alignments.
- Manufacturing & Assembly (Factory/OEM): Work on EV production lines for sub-assembly, wiring harness routing, and quality checks in electric two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or car plants.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service records, repair logs, parts replacement sheets, and compliance checklists as required by dealerships or fleet operators.
