The Role

We are seeking dynamic and professional Student Counsellors & Admissions Executives who can communicate confidently with students and parents, understand their aspirations, and guide them towards the right learning opportunities.

This is a people-oriented, target-driven role that combines communication, educational counselling, relationship building, and sales.

We are looking for individuals who can take ownership of their responsibilities, communicate with confidence, and contribute to building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and introduce CodeBarrel's IT training programs professionally.
- Communicate the value, features, and benefits of our courses in a clear and convincing manner.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
- Counsel students and parents regarding course structure, learning outcomes, and future opportunities in technology.




- Build trust with prospective students and parents through effective communication and professional follow-ups.
- Handle enquiries, address concerns, overcome objections, and guide interested students through the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and enrolments.
- Work towards individual and team admission targets.
- Maintain a qualified approach while representing the CodeBarrel brand.
- Collaborate with the team to improve student engagement, counselling quality, and admission conversion rates.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with students and parents.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- A smart, presentable, positive, and proactive attitude.
- The ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
- A target-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to achieve results.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within a professional team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with maintaining digital records.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers: Graduates with excellent communication skills, confidence, a willingness to learn, and the ambition to build a career in sales, counselling, or business development are encouraged to apply.

Experienced Candidates:



Candidates with backgrounds in educational counselling, tele-sales, admissions, customer relationship management, or sales will have an added advantage.

Previous IT industry experience is not mandatory. Product and course training will be provided.

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000, based on skills and experience.
