- Prepare the operating room, sterile instruments, surgical trays, and supplies before surgery.
- Perform surgical hand scrubbing and maintain strict sterile techniques.
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by providing instruments, sutures, and other required materials.
- Maintain the sterile field and ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
- Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts before, during, and after surgery.
- Check the sterility and integrity of surgical instruments and supplies.
- Coordinate with circulating nurses, surgeons, anesthetists, and other OT staff.
- Handle surgical specimens appropriately and ensure proper labelling and handover.
- Report any breach in sterile technique, equipment malfunction, or patient safety concern immediately.
- Maintain accurate OT records and comply with hospital policies and NABH standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
