7C Destinations is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, valuable communication skills, and an interest in travel planning, sales, and customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, operations, customer service, or the travel and tourism industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of tour packages, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare customised travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up on leads, convert enquiries into bookings,



and work towards sales targets.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Liaise with hotels, drivers, and service providers to ensure smooth trip operations.
- Manage booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, and travel documents.
- Share itineraries, driver details, and other necessary information with customers before their trips.
- Provide customer support before and during travel and help resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and booking updates.
