About us
Milkcrop delivers fresh raw milk (buffalo, cow, low-fat and Gir cow) from our own farm to homes across Hyderabad. Milked at dawn and at your door the same morning, with nothing added.
What you will do
- Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls
- Explain our milk, prices and how delivery works
- Turn new enquiries into regular milk subscribers
- Take customer address details and place orders in the Milkcrop app
- Coordinate with the delivery team and resolve customer complaints
- Keep daily records updated in Google Sheets
What we are looking for
- 12th pass or above (graduates welcome)
- Good spoken Telugu and Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Freshers welcome; 1–2 years in customer support, sales or telecalling is a bonus
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets / Excel and mobile apps
- Polite, patient and confident on calls
- Available Monday to Saturday, [10 AM – 7 PM], Sunday off
