We are looking for an experienced Architect with expertise in industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, logistics parks and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare master plans, site layouts, architectural drawings and working drawings.
- Design industrial factories, PEB warehouses, office blocks and utility buildings.
- Plan industrial circulation, truck movement, parking, fire tender access and site infrastructure.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire and other engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, NBC and industrial development regulations.
- Prepare approval drawings, area statements and client presentations.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit (preferred).
- Robust knowledge of industrial planning and warehouse design.
- Good understanding of statutory approvals and industrial building regulations.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Qualification: B.Arch

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
