We are looking for a versatile, results-driven Growth Marketing & Marketing Automation Manager to drive website traffic, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and accelerate business growth.

The ideal candidate combines digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, marketing automation, SEO, and sales enablement skills to build and execute effective marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive website traffic and generate organic leads through SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
- Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outreach campaigns and automated follow-up sequences.
- Create compelling content for emails, blogs, social media, websites, landing pages, and whitepapers.
- Build, segment, and manage lead lists and prospect databases to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Wix website pages, landing pages, and SEO performance.
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
- Manage social media channels, content calendars, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate PR activities, industry events, webinars, award submissions, and company announcements.
- Conduct competitor research and track market trends, positioning, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with design team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, sales decks, and company presentations.
- Collaborate with design team to create explainer videos, product demos, and sales demonstration videos.
- Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and implement improvements to increase lead generation and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation.
- Robust writing, editing, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with cold email marketing, lead generation,



and email automation.
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Experience managing websites using Wix or similar platforms.
- Ability to build, source, segment, and manage lead lists and prospect databases.
- Experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to create marketing collateral, presentations, and multimedia content using tools such as Canva, Figma, or video editing software.
- Strong research, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in EdTech marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Instantly, , Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with PR, event marketing, award submissions, and whitepaper development.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing workflow automation.
