Job Description:

- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based and experiential learning sessions aligned with the Foundational Stage of NEP 2020.
- Develop foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, social and motor skills through age-appropriate activities.
- Implement phonics, storytelling, rhymes, play-based learning and hands-on teaching methodologies.
- Create a stimulating, colourful and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe, assess and document each child's developmental and learning progress.
- Encourage creativity,



curiosity, independence and positive behaviour among young learners.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, emotional well-being and classroom discipline.

Preferred Candidate:

A passionate, energetic and creative early childhood educator with excellent spoken English, strong classroom management skills and a proven ability to engage young learners through innovative, hands-on teaching methods.
