Qualification: Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in sales preferred.

Skills: Communication, negotiation, customer relationship management and computer skills.

Attributes: Target-oriented, proactive, accountable and willing to travel.

Job Description (JD)

Identify new customers and generate business opportunities.

Acheive Month on Month Sales Target

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.

Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.

Maintain customer relationships and achieve month-on-month sales targets.

Monitor market trends and submit timely sales reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly sales target achievement, new customer acquisition, order conversion and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
