Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, fashion-forward, and customer-centric Fashion Consultant who can deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of designer fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with HNI/UHNI clients while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a personalised and premium shopping experience to customers, understanding their preferences, styling needs, and purchase requirements.
- Assist clients in selecting designer wear, occasion wear, bridal couture, and luxury fashion collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI customers through personalised service and regular follow-ups.
- Drive sales, achieve individual and store-level targets, and maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop strong product knowledge of designer labels, fabrics, silhouettes, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections.
- Provide styling recommendations for weddings, celebrations, special occasions, and other lifestyle requirements.




- Maintain an updated client database and proactively engage customers regarding current collections, launches, and exclusive previews.
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising, product presentation, and upkeep of the store.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer orders, alterations, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Stay updated on luxury fashion trends, designer collections, and evolving customer preferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, premium designer wear, couture, bridal wear, or high-end customer-facing sales.
- Strong passion for fashion, styling, designer labels, and luxury retail.
- Experience in handling premium clientele, preferably HNI/UHNI customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Well-groomed, presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and deliver personalised styling solutions.

Preferred Industry Background

Luxury fashion retail, designer boutiques, couture and bridal wear, premium ethnic wear, luxury lifestyle brands, and high-end fashion stores.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
