- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them promptly.
- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, reception staff, billing staff, and other hospital employees.
- Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide support for Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS/HMS).
- Assist users with registration, OPD/IPD, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other hospital modules.
- Coordinate with software vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in user account creation, access management, and basic system configuration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network printers.
- Assist in maintaining routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Ensure connectivity across critical hospital departments.
- Escalate server, firewall,



and advanced network issues to the IT Manager or service provider.
- Assist in regular data backup and verify backup status as instructed.
- Follow hospital policies for data security, passwords, and access permissions.
- Protect confidential patient information and prevent unauthorized access.
- Support antivirus updates, operating system updates, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Report suspected malware, phishing, or security incidents immediately.
