- Supervise daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage labourers, subcontractors, and material requirements.
- Check quality of work, measurements, levels, and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain daily progress reports and labour attendance records.
- Report site issues, delays, and material shortages to management.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant experience.
Experience: 2–5 years in civil construction.
Skills: Drawing reading, site supervision, labour management, quality control, and communication.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
