Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Architecture to lead architectural planning, design management, consultant coordination, and execution support for large-scale residential developments, including townships and high-rise projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in architectural design, statutory approvals, project coordination, and team leadership, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely, quality-driven design delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning, design strategy, and design management for large residential and high-rise projects.
- Review architectural drawings, design packages, specifications, and project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide architectural inputs and resolve design-related issues during construction and site execution.
- Monitor statutory approvals, building regulations, design compliance, and project standards.
- Identify design, approval, and execution risks and implement corrective measures.
- Track design schedules, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Support senior management with architectural inputs for project planning and development decisions.
- Manage multiple projects and lead architectural/design teams, ensuring accountability and effective coordination.




- Ensure architectural designs align with project objectives, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in architectural planning and design management.
- Proven experience handling large-scale residential townships, high-rise buildings, or similar developments.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and site execution.
- Experience in consultant coordination, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical design milestones.
