We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in handling leads from Google Ads, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia. The candidate should have excellent convincing skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to generate monthly revenue by converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle and follow up on leads received through Google Ads, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia.

* Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

* Convert incoming leads into sales and generate monthly revenue.

* Follow up regularly with interested customers to close deals.

* Explain product features, perks, pricing, and quotations to customers.

* Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to convert potential leads into paying customers.

* Maintain lead records, customer databases, and daily sales reports.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, order processing, and customer requirements.





* Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 2–3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.

* Hands-on experience handling Google Ads, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia leads.

* Proven track record of lead conversion and monthly revenue generation.

* Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales performance and revenue growth.

Working Hours

* Monday to Saturday

* 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
