1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, diamond dealers, and export clients.
- Develop new domestic and international markets and expand the company's customer network.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentations to negotiation, order closure, and payment follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic performance reports.
- Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging business opportunities.

2. Jewellery & Diamond Industry Expertise

- Maintain a solid understanding of gold, diamond, and precious-stone jewellery products, designs, quality standards, and market trends.
- Understand diamond grading fundamentals, including the 4Cs: Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Understand customer requirements related to diamond jewellery, loose diamonds, studded jewellery, and other relevant product categories.
- Support product assortment planning and pricing strategies based on market demand and profitability.
- Ensure accurate product information, quotations, specifications, and commercial documentation.

3. Marketing & Brand Development

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and generate qualified sales leads.
- Plan and coordinate jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meetings, industry events, and customer presentations.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, website promotions, and online lead generation.




- Work with marketing agencies, designers, photographers, and internal teams to create product catalogues, brochures, and promotional material.
- Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, channel development, and new product launches.
- Track marketing campaign performance and measure return on marketing investment.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic business partners.
- Understand customer preferences and provide suitable product and commercial solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, negotiations, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
- Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline through CRM or other reporting systems.

5. Team Management & Performance

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance assessments.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and market developments.
- Coordinate with finance, production, logistics, merchandising, and management teams to achieve business objectives.

6. Pricing, Profitability & Reporting

- Develop quotations and negotiate pricing in line with approved company policies and market conditions.
- Monitor gross margins, sales profitability, customer credit limits, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely follow-up on receivables in coordination with the finance team.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, market intelligence reports, pipeline updates, and business development plans.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, customer acquisition, marketing expenditure, and overall profitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
