Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

- Ensure full compliance with central and state labor legislations applicable to factories/manufacturing plants (e.g., Factories Act, Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act, Provident Fund / EPF, EIC/ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act).
- Maintain statutory registers, records, display notices, and digital documentation required for plant inspections.
- Coordinate and liaise with government inspectors, auditors, and external stakeholders during statutory audits.
- Manage contract workforce compliance, contractor bill verification, wage disbursement tracking, and statutory payment challans. [1, 2]

2. Plant HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for permanent, on-contract, and project-based plant workers and staff.
- Manage joining formalities, inductions, probation tracking, performance appraisals, transfers, and exit/full-and-final (F&F;) settlements.
- Coordinate attendance, shift rosters, leave records, and inputs for monthly plant payroll processing.




- Maintain accurate employee files and update HRIS / database records. [1, 2, 3]

3. Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations

- Address shop-floor grievances, resolve day-to-day interpersonal or operational disputes, and maintain a harmonious industrial relations climate. [1]
- Support disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries,- issuing warning letters, show-cause notices, or memo tracking in line with company policy. [1]
- Conduct regular skip-level meetings, worker safety/welfare committee meets, and engagement activities. [1]
- Ensure strict implementation of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) guidelines and support the Internal Committee (IC). [1]

4. Project / Expansion Support (If applicable)

- Support rapid manpower mobilization, site-specific contractor onboarding, and local labor licensing for current plant installation or expansion phases.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
