Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior citizens with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility support, including walking, transferring, and exercising.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary requirements.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication records.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or physical condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents' living areas.
- Accompany residents to medical appointments and recreational activities, if required.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with family members and supervisors.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Certificate in Caregiving, Geriatric Care, Nursing Assistance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in elderly care, patient care, or home healthcare is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and personal care techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically in Hindi & English.
