Salary: 20000-350000 ( depends on interview and experience )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle our international clients for our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design).

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client queries via Email, Chat, and Calls for US/UK market
- Coordinate with internal team (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media) to resolve client issues
- Maintain client records, tickets, and follow-ups in CRM
- Ensure high CSAT and client retention




- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:

- Excellent written and spoken English - Must for international market
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media)
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Zendesk preferred
- Willing to work in US night shift
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

- Candidates from Digital Marketing Agency background
- Experience handling US/UK clients
