We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide effective support through voice calls, email, and chat. Candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a willingness to work in an international environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates from any degree background are welcome to apply if they meet the language requirements.
Eligibility CriteriaSet 1:
- Must know Tamil and English.
- No additional language is required.

Set 2:
- English is mandatory.
- Must know at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Must know one additional regional language as the third language.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls, email, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
