We are seeking a passionate and experienced Communicative English Coach to train students and staff in spoken English, with a strong focus on fluency, pronunciation, and accent development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a professional English-speaking environment and delivering engaging, practical communication training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured spoken English and communication training programs
- Provide accent and pronunciation coaching
- Conduct interactive sessions: group discussions, role plays, presentations
- Evaluate learners and track progress through regular assessments
- Train staff in workplace communication (meetings, presentations, customer interaction)
- Develop training materials and practice modules
- Encourage English-speaking culture within the campus

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English with a explicit, near native accent
- Minimum 2 years experience in English communication training
- Strong understanding of pronunciation and phonetics
- Confident in handling both students and professionals
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
