- Inspect plastic injection-molded parts as per quality standards.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic components.
- Check dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Identify and report defects such as short molding, flash, sink marks, warpage, flow marks, burn marks and dimensional variation.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Follow customer specifications and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Molding teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper segregation and identification of rejected parts.
- Support corrective and preventive actions for recurring quality problems.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality – Plastic Parts / Injection Molding.
- Injection molding industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plastic component inspection and quality standards.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
