Knit-I detects fabric defects in real time on circular knitting machines, helping manufacturers improve quality, reduce fabric waste and increase productivity. The Role We are seeking a hands-on regional sales leader with experience in textile machinery, knitting machinery, textile consumables or related products. You will grow Knit-I across East India & Bangladesh, develop current factory customers, build relationships with decision-makers and establish a strong sales pipeline. Candidate profile Relevant textile-industry selling experience is the primary route for this profile. Existing customer relationships are helpful, but demonstrated new-business development and target achievement are essential. Key Responsibilities Own regional sales growth and develop a practical territory plan for Knit-I. Acquire new customers among knitting mills, fabric manufacturers and textile groups. Build relationships with factory owners, directors, production heads, quality heads and other decision-makers. Conduct customer meetings, understand operational challenges, arrange product demonstrations and coordinate trials. Negotiate commercial terms and close orders while protecting commercial margins.



Develop and manage local agents, channel partners and industry referral networks. Maintain a qualified pipeline, accurate forecasts and disciplined CRM records. Coordinate with technical and service teams to support trials, installations and customer success. Share market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, pricing and emerging opportunities. Requirements Experience selling textile machinery, circular knitting machinery, knitting accessories, needles, sinkers, textile lubricants, spinning/weaving machinery or related products. Proven ability to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets. Strong customer relationships in the assigned region's textile industry are an advantage. Good commercial judgment, negotiation and communication skills. Experience managing salespeople, agents or distributors is preferred.
