We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting industries, shops, businesses, and potential customers in the market to promote and sell our products.
The main responsibility is to generate sales and build valuable relationships with customers.
- Visit shops, supermarkets, and businesses in the assigned area
- Promote and sell company products to customers
- Explain product features and benefits to clients
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide product information and basic support to customers
Incentives:
Attractive sales incentives will be given based on the sales achieved, along with the fixed salary and petrol allowance.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- निर्धारित क्षेत्र में दुकानों, सुपरमार्केट और व्यवसायों का दौरा करना
- ग्राहकों को कंपनी के उत्पादों का प्रचार और बिक्री करना
- ग्राहकों को उत्पाद की विशेषताएँ और फायदे समझाना
- नए लीड्स बनाना और उन्हें बिक्री में बदलना
- मौजूदा ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना
- मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य हासिल करना
- ग्राहकों को उत्पाद की जानकारी और बेसिक सपोर्ट प्रदान करना
इंसेंटिव:
फिक्स्ड सैलरी, पेट्रोल भत्ता के साथ किए गए सेल्स के आधार पर आकर्षक इंसेंटिव भी दिया जाएगा।
