About Us

Sora Digital is a performance marketing company that promotes apps and web products, mainly OTT and Nutra, for clients worldwide. We run paid campaigns at scale and are growing our media buying team in Bhubaneswar. You will work directly with leadership and own real budgets from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage app install and conversion campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (UAC) and TikTok Ads
- Manage daily budgets and scale winning campaigns while keeping CPI, CPA and ROAS on target
- Research audiences, angles and competitors to find new growth opportunities
- Create, edit and test image and video ad creatives (hooks, UGC style, statics, short videos)
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bids and placements
- Track performance using MMPs and pixels (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Meta Pixel / CAPI)
- Share daily and weekly reports in Google Sheets with clear insights and next actions
- Handle ad account issues, policy reviews and disapprovals quickly
- Stay updated on platform changes and new ad formats

Requirements

Must have





- 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in app promotion
- Proven results on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads (please share case studies or numbers)
- Robust skills in creative design and editing of images and videos (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Creative thinker who can come up with fresh ad angles, hooks and concepts
- Good understanding of CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS and LTV
- Comfortable with Google Sheets for reporting
- Willing to work from our Bhubaneswar office

Good to have

- Experience with OTT, subscription or Nutra campaigns
- Experience with AI tools for video and image creation
- Experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust
