Role Summary

Join M&M;’s AI Division as a Senior Expert of AI Solutions, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems. You will lead AI development for a business unit, reporting directly into the CEO of the Central AI Division.

Key Responsibilities

- Advanced AI Expertise

- Leverage expertise in modern Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Generative AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

- Experience in Data Science & Building Machine Learning Models

- Solve complex business problems through machine learning solutions.

- AI Innovation

- Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI into business processes, driving efficiency and unlocking new opportunities.

- Cloud & Data Platforms

- Utilise cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, along with data platforms, to deploy scalable AI systems.

- Program Leadership

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AI programs through strong program management capabilities.

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Engage with Business CEOs, Vertical Heads, IT Leaders,



technology vendors, and system integrators to align AI strategies with organizational goals.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Data Architecture, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech

- Good to have: MBA

- Certification in cloud platforms or machine learning frameworks.

- Exposure to the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI and emerging technologies.

- Experience in collaborating with vendors and technology ecosystem partners.

Required Skills

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to design solutions that deliver business value.

- Technical Expertise

- Mastery in data analytics, machine learning frameworks, and programming languages such as Python and R.

- AI Knowledge

- In-depth understanding of Generative AI models and LLM architectures, including best practices for implementation.

- Robust hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, and AWS.

- Leadership Traits

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale AI programs, and drive collaboration across departments.
