- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Drive package sales, client conversions, renewals, and referrals.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Handle prospective clients and support the team in closing high-value packages.
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and repeat business.
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth clinic operations and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and qualified standards.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, client follow-ups, and service delivery.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, stock, and clinic records.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate doctors, therapists, and customer care executives.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and dress code.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review sales and operational performance.
- Ensure proper staff coordination and effective task allocation.
- Identify training needs and improve team productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.




- Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Build strong client relationships to improve retention and referrals.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and operational updates to management.
- Monitor lead conversion, revenue, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and management instructions.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
